Today (25 February 2025), the Constitutional Court Office released a document announcing the results of the meeting of the Constitutional Court judges in the case where the Election Commission asked the Constitutional Court to rule on whether the membership of Mr. Somchai Lenglak, a member of the Senate, has ended in accordance with Section 111 (4) of the Constitution, in conjunction with Section 108 (c), prohibited characteristics (1), and Section 98 (5) or not.
